Registration fee is £750 plus VAT, payable on signing our Terms of Engagement. Our service is for an initial period of 12 months. This may be extended as mutually agreed.

In the event that the client exchanges contracts for the purchase of a property then the client pays our company commission at 1.5% of the total purchase price. VAT is levied at the standard rate.
