Registration fee for UK residents is £500, and for overseas residents £750, payable on signing our Terms of Engagement. Upon receipt our service commences for an initial period of up to 12 months. This may be extended as mutually agreed.

In the event that the client exchanges contracts for the purchase of a property then the client pays our company commission at 1.5% of the total purchase price. VAT is levied at the standard rate.
